Host Registration:

Free Tour Experiences:

As a host, you are offering free tour experiences to visitors ("Enjoyers") of the town through the site. Experiences must be offered voluntarily and without mandatory payment.

The host may not request or demand any payment from participants.

Host Obligations:

As a host, you are responsible for providing quality experiences to Guests.

You must adhere to the agreed schedules for the experiences and provide the necessary information to the participants.

Communication with the Enjoyers:

All communication with the Enjoyers must begin through the site disfrutamipueblo.com/marmolejo and continue through the means agreed upon by the host and the Enjoyer.

Cancellations:

If you are unable to conduct a scheduled experience, you must notify participants and the site as far in advance as possible.

Repeated failure to comply with scheduled experiences may lead to the suspension or termination of your hosting account on the site.

Respect and Appropriate Conduct:

You must maintain respectful and appropriate behavior towards participants during the experiences.

Any inappropriate or discriminatory behavior by the host will not be tolerated.

Intellectual Property:

You retain intellectual property rights in the content you provide to promote your experiences on the site.

By registering as a host and offering content, you grant the site the non-exclusive right to use such content for the purpose of promoting the experiences offered.

Changes to the Terms:

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

You will be notified by email or through the site of any changes to the terms.

Account Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your hosting account if you fail to comply with these terms.

In the event of account termination, you will be notified by email and informed of the next steps.
